GridBay (“we”) provides airport parking software and this website at gridbay.co.uk. We are based in the United Kingdom.

What we collect

If you email us, we receive the message you send, including your address and anything you include. We use that information to reply and to discuss a trial or setup. Server logs may store technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.

Software accounts

If you become a GridBay customer, booking and customer data is processed so you can run your car park. That processing is covered by your operator agreement and is separate from this marketing site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with providers who host email or this website, or if the law requires it.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request, unless we agree a longer relationship.

Cookies

We store your cookie choice in your browser (local storage) so we do not ask again on every page. This is strictly necessary. Nothing else is stored until you make a choice.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use this site. Marketing cookies, used to measure and personalise ads, are also set only if you allow them. If you reject them, these cookies are not set.
